How To Book Your Room
Please use this page to pay your trip. You have a choice of two payment options. Option 1 is payment in full with a discount per person off the total. In Option 2 guests pay a deposit to start and authorize an automated installment plan for the balance. The installment plan commences 30 days after the payment of your deposit and consists of three equal monthly payments of the remaining amount due. Installment payments will be placed on the same credit or debit card used for the deposit.
Credit card transactions via PayPal:
We are using PayPal to securely conduct retreat sales. The PayPal checkout process can make it appear that you need to create a PayPal account to proceed. This is not the case. You always have an option to pay by a credit or debit card. After you have entered your card and contact information you can decline setting up a PayPal account and select the "Agree & Subscribe" button to complete the transaction. A pop box will display when the transaction is complete which you can just close out. You will receive emails very quickly confirming the completed transaction and detailing the payment plan for your records. Cancellation Policy:
In the event you must cancel your trip, your entire payment will be refunded less the deposit per person, if your cancellation is made before June 5th, 2024. Should you need to cancel after this date, for whatever reason, we will not be able to provide a refund or credit. No partial refunds or credits will be given for participants who arrive late or depart early on the retreat. For this reason we recommend that all retreat participants purchase travel insurance that allows for trip cancellations.
Travel Insurance: Strongly Recommended
We strongly recommend the purchase of travel insurance in the case of any unexpected events or changes to your plans before or during your trip. Please review all policies carefully to ensure you get the coverage you want, including: trip cancellation or delay, personal property loss, medical treatment and emergency medical evacuation. The policies that offer "Cancel for Any Reason" benefits often require that you purchase this insurance within two weeks of your trip's first expense, i.e. the deposit.
